We're looking for a Customer Care Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you're a team player with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring excellent customer experience during our rapid growth. You'll work with our Product team to improve Finary, enhance our help center and internal knowledge base, and improve processes to support our growth while maintaining high-quality service.

We're looking for someone who is fluent in French and English, has 3+ years of experience in customer support or customer care, and is a team player with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
