At Guardant Health, we're shaping the future of cancer diagnosis and treatment. As a Biopharma Business Development Associate, you'll play a vital role in driving our company's growth by supporting the BioPharma Business Development team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join our team and contribute to our mission of improving patient outcomes. You'll be responsible for managing new account onboarding activities, including lead generation, CRM data entry, due diligence, and contract negotiation.

You'll also support strategic account initiatives, identifying and building connections with key stakeholders across various departments, such as Research Operations, Alliance Management, Bioinformatics, Quality, Medical Affairs, Legal, and Finance.

To succeed in this role, you'll need prior business development, sales, and/or consulting experience. You should be able to build and service multiple opportunities simultaneously, balancing emerging relationships with ongoing ones, addressing needs in a timely manner.

Strong contracting and presentation skills are essential, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. If you have a passion for business development and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, which is reflective of the market rate for this position. In addition to your base salary, you'll also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
