Role OverviewIn the capacity of CSR & Engagement Project Manager, you will report directly to the Group CSR & Engagement VP, collaborating closely with the CSR & Engagement team alongside both central and local HR departments. Your primary objective will be to elevate employee engagement and amplify CSR awareness and impact, in alignment with Believe's CSR strategy, "Shaping Music for Good." Your responsibilities will encompass the following:
CSR & Engagement Initiatives: Oversee or contribute to global projects and frameworks in partnership with the CSR team.
- Employee Engagement Assessment:
- Facilitate and manage the rollout of employee engagement surveys and pulse assessments, ensuring timely deliverables, comprehensive dashboards, and insightful results reports to support organizational transformation.
- Assist local HR and management in interpreting results and devising corrective measures in collaboration with Local CSR Managers.
- Globally coordinate the implementation of the Shaping Together initiative, providing essential guidelines and resources.
- Track and consolidate participation metrics using internal dashboards.
- Aid in the execution of global initiatives (e.g., sports and charity app challenges, webcasts on relevant topics, CSR awareness campaigns).
- Manage the Shaper/Ambassador program (employee volunteer initiative) in conjunction with local CSR managers.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Well-being:
- Oversee the Gender Index methodology process.
- Engage in formulating the strategic plan for gender equality and DE&I, ensuring integration within our People HR processes and business operations.
- Coordinate and enhance well-being and mental health resources with external partners, proposing global activities.
CSR Compliance and Operational Excellence:
- Sustainability Reporting - CSRD:
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of CSR metrics (dashboards, processes, definitions, analyses, and contributor coordination).
- Collaborate with the CSR Performance senior manager to produce the Sustainability Report in accordance with the new CSRD EU regulation, focusing on social and governance aspects (double materiality, stakeholder surveys, drafting, project management) and liaising with various contributors (HR, Finance, Risk & Compliance, and business units).
- Operational Excellence:
- Propose, structure, and implement processes, organizational frameworks, and tools that enhance team efficiency and impact, while assisting the VP CR & Engagement on transversal topics (CSR Committee preparation, CSR targets).
- Coordinate and contribute to the budget planning for CSR & Engagement at both global and local levels.
- Conduct benchmarking, identify, and disseminate best practices (internal and external) across various CSR & Engagement themes.
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in successfully leading and managing international projects and programs within the HR and CSR domains and/or consulting.
- Proficient in navigating a rapidly growing international organization, engaging with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic matrix environment.
- Agile and solution-oriented mindset, capable of transitioning from strategic planning to operational execution and results-driven outcomes.
- A collaborative team player, adept at engaging diverse resources to achieve common objectives.
- Organized, structured, and meticulous, with a degree of autonomy while seeking support when necessary.
- Proficient in articulating messages clearly in both English and French, in written and verbal formats, to audiences at all organizational levels.
- Highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and comfortable utilizing various collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint) and software (Peakon, Workday).
