Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our Commercial Team in Paris. The successful candidate will drive rapid growth across all verticals, focusing on enterprise businesses. If you are a highly motivated salesperson with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven track record of selling cutting-edge payment solutions, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate net new business by identifying and pursuing the most promising merchants and prospects.
  • Collaborate closely with in-house teams to position our capabilities, products, services, and solutions effectively with prospects.
  • Prepare thorough presentations and proposals for prospective merchants.
  • Partner with other Sales team members to share best practices, key business insights, and industry trends.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Sales experience, with at least 2 years of payments experience and a proven track record in Enterprise selling.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex deals for net new business.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and create clarity out of ambiguity.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized.
  • Excellent communication skills demonstrating empathy and understanding of client needs.
