Job Summary

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager - Cloud Services to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our cloud services team, you will be responsible for managing the working relationship with one or more Global accounts, developing a long-term cloud strategy, and executing that strategy with those accounts.

You will be a trusted advisor for our largest and most committed customers, responsible for all aspects of business development, relationship development, delivery oversight, and program management in those accounts. You will engage in a wide variety of projects for customers and partners, providing collective experience from across the AWS customer base and obsessed about strong success for the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a long-term cloud strategy for customers
  • Manage the working relationship with one or more Global accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer executives
  • Provide coaching and guidance to customer and partner teams
  • Identify and develop specific opportunities and supporting business cases
