Missions- Gestion des comptes locaux : atteindre les objectifs de vente, négocier les prix et conditions de vente, optimiser les processus de vente et initier des projets pour capter les potentiels de croissance.
- Intelligence client et marché : promouvoir et vendre la gamme complète de vitrocéramiques, créer des solutions spécifiques au client, analyser les besoins des clients et du marché et évaluer les opportunités commerciales.
- Gestion de projet : concevoir et mettre en œuvre des projets de développement clients, accompagner la direction dans les projets de rentabilité interne et aligner les besoins spécifiques avec les services transversaux.
- 3-5 ans d'expérience commerciale sur des produits industriels et/ou techniques.
- Bac +3 minimum.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais (l'allemand est un plus).
Vous devez avoir une excellente connaissance des techniques commerciales et savoir activer les différents leviers dédiés pour atteindre vos objectifs. Bonne capacité de négociation et d'influence requise. Organisé, votre sens des affaires et du relationnel vous permet de créer des contacts privilégiés avec les clients et de comprendre leurs besoins. Proactivité, esprit d'équipe et forte capacité de travail complètent vos atouts pour ce poste.
