Job Opportunity at Arkema

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our European Resin Markets team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and the Middle East.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including resins customers, to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Sales Director, Business Developers, and Product Managers, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide sales forecasts and manage customer collections to ensure timely payment.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar or technical sales position, preferably with a market player.
  • Strong sales background and good understanding of marketing.
  • Technical knowledge of the targeted markets and applications, and/or knowledge of specialty surfactants/polyols.
  • Fluency in French, Italian, and English.
