Mission Principale

Dans le contexte de pleine expansion de notre entreprise, vous serez responsable du développement commercial de la Business Unit International FSP (Functional Service Provider). Cette Business Unit propose aux plus grands laboratoires pharmaceutiques mondiaux d'externaliser une des fonctions scientifiques clés du développement clinique de leurs produits (Data Management, Statistics & Programming, Clinical Monitoring, Medical Writing, Pharmacovigilance & Safety, Medical Monitoring,...).

Responsabilités
  1. Définir la stratégie commerciale de votre périmètre avec le support de la Directrice Commerciale
  2. Construire des partenariats stratégiques internationaux (référencements, lobbying...)
  3. Gérer l'intégralité du cycle commercial, de la prospection à la signature des contrats
  4. Développer et maintenir des relations avec les décideurs au sein de vos comptes clients et prospects
  5. En véritable leader, vous coordonnerez la réponse aux appels d'offres internationaux en proposant des offres innovantes et sur-mesure aux besoins de vos clients/prospects. Vous participerez également à la soutenance de vos offres commerciales et mènerez les négociations tarifaires mais aussi contractuelles.
  6. Être le partenaire commercial de nos managers de plateformes afin de : Assurer la satisfaction de vos clientsÊtre pro-actif dans la proposition d'amélioration continueAssurer la rentabilité des plateformes dont vous serez responsable
  7. Collaborer avec notre service marketing pour promouvoir nos offres et notre expertise
  8. Interagir avec les équipes commerciales des autres Business Lines du groupe (Resourcing et Full Service) afin de créer des synergies sur vos comptes
  9. Assurer avec rigueur le Reporting de votre activité commerciale dans notre CRM
