Sales Department: Driving Growth in Large Organizations

The Sales team at Steeple plays a crucial role in helping companies implement or enhance their internal communication strategies using our cutting-edge solution. We work closely with the pre-sales team to convert prospects into clients by showcasing our platform through engaging demos, both online and in person. This allows potential clients to visualize how Steeple can seamlessly integrate into their existing workflows.

Our Sales department is structured into two distinct segments:

  • Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs): Companies with 100 to 2000 employees
  • Key Accounts: Large enterprises with over 2000 employees

As a member of the Key Accounts team, you will report directly to Bastien, our experienced Key Accounts Manager, and contribute to driving the adoption of our internal communication solution among large organizations.

Your Responsibilities: Shaping the Future of Workplace Communication

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a strategic prospecting plan targeting influential decision-makers within large companies, such as HR Directors, Communications Directors, Executives, and IT Directors.
  • Driving revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling our solutions to existing clients within the Key Accounts segment.
  • Providing valuable client feedback to our product development team, ensuring that our platform continues to meet the evolving needs of large organizations.
  • Conducting thorough portfolio mapping to identify key opportunities and potential partnerships within the enterprise market.
  • Ensuring accurate reporting and KPI tracking to monitor progress and measure success.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to large organizations.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated expertise in sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and closing deals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot) for managing leads, tracking interactions, and reporting on sales performance.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Basic English proficiency.
