In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of Coty's talent development strategy within France & Monaco. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and leaders across various departments to implement innovative programs that foster employee growth, engagement, and retention.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive talent development initiatives aligned with Coty's business objectives.
  • Designing and delivering engaging training programs on a range of topics, including leadership skills, technical expertise, and soft skills development.
  • Identifying and nurturing high-potential employees through mentorship programs and career development opportunities.
  • Conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Measuring the effectiveness of talent development programs and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
