Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our Packaging Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving quality improvement initiatives and collaborating with suppliers to implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the technical team in handling quality complaints from suppliers
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality improvement plan to eliminate losses within a 6-month timeframe
- Work closely with suppliers to implement their improvement plans and ensure effective follow-up
- Manage and coordinate the supply chain in the event of material quality issues
- Communicate progress to other departments and lead the packaging team's daily prioritization meeting
- Assume project management responsibilities and lead cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

Requirements
- Engineering degree or university Master's with a specialization in packaging or materials
