We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reefer Sales Executive to join our team in France. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work with our sales team to achieve results, manage relationships with existing and future customers, and coordinate with internal Maersk requirements to reach targets.

This dynamic commercial position offers a good employment package and benefits. You'll have the chance to develop customer value propositions, propose end-to-end cold chain services, and build understanding of all service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map customer needs and propose cold chain services that meet customer needs and pain points.
  • Co-develop the Cold Chain footprint for Maersk customers.
  • Manage assigned customers and budget, pursuing and securing business in line with corporate and regional objectives.
  • Develop customer value propositions for all appropriate business opportunities.
  • Build understanding of all service offerings to offer additional logistics products.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Area Sales rep or Business Development Manager with a good understanding of the reefer business and French customer needs.
  • Prior working experience in reefer companies or global Freight forwarders is a plus.
  • Ability to map customer needs and propose end-to-end cold chain services.
  • English and French proficiency mandatory.
