Key Responsibilities:
* Sell on value through assigned Industry Process Experiences/Roles within a defined territory.
* Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with the DS Referential - LEVERAGE and VALUE ENGAGEMENT processes - and consistent with IFWE Loop engagement.
* Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all 3DS engagement processes (SBO, IOC, CLOSA, Revenue recognition), government and local regulations, DS policies, and ethical standards.
* Define a successful sales strategy to hit revenue target and sustain growth objectives leveraging sales initiatives defined by Brands among others.
* Generate growth in assigned territory according to sourcing built on Industry Market Analysis in compliance with TARGET process, covering: installed base, "supply network" & Ecosystem, "like" accounts, and the new Core Industry.
* Transform Marketing and Sales (based on DS Referential - LEVERAGE process) leads into Opportunities.
* Orchestrate 3DS answer to Request For Proposal.
* Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization to ensure sustainable business for 3DS.
* Promote the 3DS vision and Brand Promise.
* Contribute to best practices based on Lessons Learned (including RCA, Analytics, Loss reviews).
* Use and fulfill "My Client Engagement" according the corporate guidance, making sure that data are up to date.
* Provide an accurate forecast on 4 rolling quarters and FY creating the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives.
* Act as IFWE Loop "Champion" for the business initiatives related communities on demand.
Requirements:
* Experience selling to C-Level Executives.
* Experience Simulation or enterprise software business.
* Sales Management Experience preferred.
