Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst Intern to support our Global Talent Acquisition Initiative. This position will engage in projects centered around market analysis, trends in talent acquisition, innovative recruitment process evaluations, and comprehensive candidate mapping.
The intern will also assist in overseeing talent acquisition projects, including upskilling programs and educational sessions for our global network.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate should possess strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint, alongside excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct research and analyze market trends to deliver insights into talent acquisition methodologies.
- Trend Documentation: Collect data on emerging trends in talent acquisition across diverse sectors.
- Innovative Process Exploration: Examine leading organizations to identify advanced recruitment methodologies.
- Candidate Mapping: Assist in developing thorough overviews of candidate landscapes for various positions and regions.
- Project Coordination: Support the organization of upskilling and educational sessions for the talent acquisition team; manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Presentation Creation: Develop engaging PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, vlookup, and data analysis tools) and PowerPoint is crucial.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a keen eye for detail; adept at interpreting complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
