About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Uptoo. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably in a business development or marketing capacity
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expansion through sales and marketing initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
