About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Manager to join our team at TalentSpa Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new sales opportunities in the Environmental Sector.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Attending customer site meetings and closing new business opportunities
  • Building a qualified pipeline of potential new sales opportunities
  • Attaining the required level of product knowledge
  • Supporting key accounts and developing projects
  • Ensuring chemists/account managers are adhering to contractual obligations
  • Achieving pre-set and agreed Sales Targets
  • Developing internal stakeholder relationships to collaborate on joint business opportunities

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience in selling water treatment services and solutions within the Environmental Sector to F&B and manufacturing clients
  • Business Development Knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of HSG274/BS2486
  • Aspirations to progress your career within a fast-paced, multi-faceted engineering company
