Job Opportunity at ProfilSearch

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Technical Assistant (F/H) for one of our clients based in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks related to ongoing construction projects, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Update databases, statistics, and dashboards to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Plan and coordinate construction projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Manage invoicing, billing, and debt collection processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Coordinate the procurement of materials, monitor deliveries, and manage inventory levels.
  • Plan and monitor interventions on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Oversee the management of the company's fleet vehicles and tools, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree to Bac+2 level in a relevant field, such as construction management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of construction planning and project management principles.
  • Experience in construction planning and coordination is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation: Annual gross salary between 26K€ and 28K€, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
