Job Summary
Quadient is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate General Counsel to join our team in Europe & International Operations. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing legal support and guidance to our business teams across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage regional corporate governance, including disputes and litigations
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements for various business lines, including software and hardware offerings
- Provide general commercial legal support to the Sales team and day-to-day operational support for the business
- Deliver legal monitoring and internal trainings to commercial and operational teams
- Contribute to implementing and developing company policies and procedures at a regional level
- Participate in global projects and collaborate with the broader legal team in other regions
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 7-10 years of experience in an internationally operating IT company as in-house counsel
- Excellent knowledge of commercial contracts and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in dealing with multi-jurisdictional matters and corporate matters
- Fluency in speaking and writing German and English, with Italian language skills a plus
