**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our air freight logistics efforts in the European market. As the Head of Air Freight, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive air freight strategy that aligns with our company's overall goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute the air freight logistics strategy for the European market.
- Lead and motivate a team of air freight professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-performance levels.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
- Regularly analyze data, generate insightful reports, and present findings to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Good written communication skills in French and English Language, and attention to detail.
- A working knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in handling MS office tools.
- Confident presentation skills (or a willingness to develop these skills).
