The Team:

You will be part of our dynamic team in France, working from Paris and reporting directly to the Sales Director. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of key strategic accounts in the telecommunications sector.

The Role:

Each client presents a unique opportunity to elevate their operations through collaboration with Celonis and the guidance of the Account Executive. Our objective is to provide exceptional experiences and assist organizations in reaching their business objectives through our innovative technology. To support our growth trajectory, you will engage with prospective clients to comprehend their aspirations and align their business priorities with our technological solutions. You will work in close partnership with Celonis Product Management, Solution Engineering, and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with essential business stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with clients by understanding their strategic initiatives, challenges, and goals.
  • Collaborate across various Lines of Business as we broaden our engagement.
  • Partner with clients to pinpoint opportunities for Celonis' Process Intelligence Platform to drive substantial performance enhancements aligned with their corporate strategies.
  • Present to senior executives, articulating the opportunity, product solutions, and business rationale to facilitate investment decisions.
  • Maintain an individual revenue target focused on securing significant deals within these accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with Partners, particularly major consulting firms and other SaaS providers.
  • Work alongside your virtual team, including business development representatives, marketing managers, partner managers, sales engineers, customer value managers, and implementation partners.
  • Partner with our Business Development Representatives to identify new leads and opportunities for growth.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to ensure substantial business value is achieved.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in selling enterprise software at the executive level within a new business-focused sales environment.
  • Capability to navigate lengthy and intricate sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders at comparable enterprise software organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with Partners, including consulting firms and enterprise technology providers.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving, high-growth environment, approaching challenges with positivity and innovative thinking.
  • A collaborative spirit, embracing diversity, and possessing strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to leverage internal resources effectively and work cohesively as a team.
  • Proficiency in presenting and summarizing information at an executive level, both internally and with clients.
  • Fluency in English.
