About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Stripe. As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a key role in developing strong, trusted relationships with our largest and most complex enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor user account health and oversee technical account context
  • Provide strategic insights and serve as an escalation point for complex operational and technical API issues
  • Collaborate with Sales, Incident Response Managers, Product, and Engineering teams to service users on Stripe
  • Assist Support Engineers in troubleshooting technical issues and service outages for assigned accounts
  • Escalate to Stripe senior management to ensure timely resolution of service outages
Requirements
  • French and English proficiency speaking
  • Knowledge or experience using SQL, building queries, and modifying complex ones
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, decision makers on product and technology, and project management accordingly
  • Quick at prioritizing and responding to fluctuating, high-impact, urgent asks from multiple channels
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients
  • Strong understanding of technical account management principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
