Our European business center, Thundersoft Europe GmbH, is based in Ulm, Germany, and is responsible for marketing, business development, and customer support for the Smart Vehicle Business Group, Smart IoT Business Group, and company products and services in the European region.

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Software Sales Manager to join our team in France. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies to achieve targets and performance indicators in the French automotive software market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with French automotive manufacturers, dealers, and partners through effective communication, negotiation, and contract signing.
  • Conducting market research and gathering competitive intelligence to understand market dynamics and trends.
  • Collaborating with the technical team to ensure product technical support and solutions meet customer needs.
  • Supervising the sales process and order execution to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Preparing sales reports, sales plans, and performance analysis to regularly report work progress and sales situation to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in relevant fields such as sales management, marketing, etc.
  • At least 5 years of experience in automotive software sales, preferably with experience in the French market.
  • Familiarity with the French automotive industry market, understanding of automotive software products and solutions, and keen insight into market trends and competitors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and reach consensus with customers.
  • Good teamwork spirit and organizational coordination ability, with the ability to effectively coordinate internal resources and drive sales goals.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with fluency in French preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a home office environment.
