Head of Partnerships

Numeral is a fintech startup studio that aims to make payment operations painless and scalable for innovative financial services companies. Founded in 2021 by Édouard Mandon and Hichem Mâalmi, Numeral has rapidly grown outside France to support pan-European companies and payment flows.
The RoleWe are seeking a highly driven individual to lead our partnership efforts within the European fintech ecosystem. As our Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing strategies and relationships for referral and resell (sales & technology partnerships) to grow revenue and market presence for Numeral across Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Ecosystem mapping and prioritisation: Develop and own a structured view of Numeral's ecosystem, including ISVs, Partner Banks, SIs, and Consultants.
- Pipeline generation & referrals: Source opportunities with partners and collaborate with our sales team to transform partner referrals into qualified deals.
- Co-sales programs: Lead partner co-sales by designing and managing compelling commercial programs creating win-win-win situations for Numeral, its partners, and their customers.
- Co-marketing programs: Create outstanding co-marketing activations with our marketing team to create joint awareness of the value created for Numeral and its partners.
- Partner education: Support training and enablement internally and with partners through structured engagement plans and the right materials working with our Product Marketing team.
- At least 5-8 years of relevant partnership experience (ideally in fintech or consulting), both building new partnerships and managing existing ones.
- Curious, especially about the payment space.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Experience working on go-to-market for a B2B software company is a plus.
- Persuasive communicator with the ability to engage partners and structure commercial partnerships.
- Strong communication skills and a gift for taking complex issues or technical products and making them easy to understand and engage with.
- Comfort managing multiple concurrent projects and ability to flourish in an ambiguous and fast-paced startup environment.
