Lead Our International Partnership Network

Wildix is a leading provider of secure, easy-to-use, professional web-based UC&C systems. We are recognized as a Niche Player in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service in 2023. Our company has experienced rapid growth since its founding in 2005 by two Italian brothers, Steve and Dimitri Osler. We are now seeking a highly skilled Head of International Partnerships to lead our international team of Regional Channel Managers. This role requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and HR Managers to develop and maintain our global partnership network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our international partnership network
  • Lead a team of Regional Channel Managers to achieve sales targets and business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes
  • Manage data, forecasting, and gap analysis to inform business decisions
  • Ensure excellent communication and people management skills to lead a distributed team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an international environment
  • Advanced CRM usage experience
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Solid knowledge of the UCaaS industry and Wildix competition
