Senior Product Marketing Manager for AI and Optimization

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for AI and Optimization to define, drive, and develop product marketing plans and sales enablement content for Ansys' design optimization product Ansys optiSLang and Artificial Intelligence solutions.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of key industry trends, market opportunities, partnership strategy, and go-to-market priorities. They will be responsible for creating sales readiness materials and marketing plans to support the growth and revenue goals associated with the product line and specific global campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical acumen, excellent organizational, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a geographically distributed organization.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver value-based messaging for the Optimization and AI-based product lines to prospective customers, existing customers, and partners.
- Create and develop marketing plans and lead generation campaign kits targeting the global systems engineering audience in alignment with business growth objectives and key initiatives.
- Manage complex projects and execute on global, multi-product marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for product marketing execution of new feature and product launches as part of twice annual release cycle.
- Compose engaging audience-specific thought-leadership marketing content, including case studies, application briefs, web content, presentations, datasheets, whitepapers, and sales playbooks.
- Drive execution of product promotion through virtual events, social media, third-party websites, blogs, and other digital mediums to build awareness and engagement with targeted engineering personas.
- Ensure all product-related leads are tracked and marketing campaigns are accurately reported to measure success against business goals.
- Partner with the Ansys corporate, industry, and field marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive new business as well as up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Deliver sales-focused training for the global field and channel partner sales teams in partnership with Ansys sales enablement team to ensure Sales can effectively position Ansys materials products.
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand competitor product features, positioning, and messaging related to materials information management and related offerings.
- Responsible for measuring and reporting performance of product marketing tactics on a quarterly basis.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, General Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of engineering simulation and/or artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
- Superior ability to translate product functionality into clear customer value and deliver clear and compelling messaging in English.
- Broad functional expertise across several marketing competencies (Digital, Social, Web Account-Based Marketing).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a geographically distributed organization.
- MBA or master's in marketing or engineering with previous experience in product marketing for B2B software business or engineering business.
- Experience in AI trend areas like: Generative AI, Deep Learning, Optimization, Generative Design.
- Experience supporting global B2B demand generation campaigns.
