LumApps, une plateforme SaaS dédiée à l'Expérience Collaborateur, recherche un Corporate Account Executive pour rejoindre son équipe commerciale. Cette offre vous permettra de travailler sur des défis techniques et de développer vos compétences dans un environnement dynamique.
Missions- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de développement commercial et marketing de votre territoire.
- Prospecter et recruter de nouveaux clients avec votre connaissance du marché-cible.
- Mettre en place des actions avec le marketing opérationnel afin d'atteindre vos objectifs de vente.
- Construire et développer un portefeuille d'opportunités qualifiées, gérer le cycle de vente de ces opportunités.
- Gérer des campagnes de prospection avec un Sales Development Representative.
- Développer des relations étroites avec les partenaires de l'écosystème LumApps.
- Participer aux événements organisés par les équipes marketing pour générer de l'intérêt pour LumApps.
- Bac + 5 diplômé(e) d'une formation supérieure (école de commerce, ingénieur ou équivalent).
- Anglais courant obligatoire.
- Minimum 2/3 ans d'expérience réussie dans la prospection et le développement commercial de solutions techniques/IT (en SaaS).
- Aisance dans la gestion de deal en direct et au travers d'un écosystème partenaires.
- Excellente présentation et aptitudes relationnelles pour développer des relations privilégiées avec les clients & prospects.
- Capacités de négociation et d'argumentation pour convaincre.
- Aptitude à s'adapter à un environnement dynamique.
- Forte capacité d'écoute, autonomie et agilité.
- Esprit d'équipe développé.
- Forte volonté d'apprendre.
- Déplacements à prévoir sur votre territoire.
- Value based selling.
