About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As an Account Growth Director, you will be responsible for developing and scaling collaborative relationships with top businesses in several verticals. You will work closely with our agency sales team to deliver results locally and ensure Dailymotion is front of mind with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and scale collaborative relationships with top businesses in several verticals
  • Be the expert on these vertical businesses, delivering solutions that best fit advertiser needs
  • Earn Dailymotion's position as a core media mix partner for top FR clients
  • Maximize client media investment by working closely with the agency sales team
  • Provide direct sales, programmatic, and creative solutions to brands
  • Share learnings with senior leadership and peers/sales teams in other markets

In addition, you will:

  • Serve as an industry expert to drive vertical and client success through leadership development
  • Create and deliver consultative sales presentations using industry knowledge and insights
  • Drive external and internal market knowledge and insights
  • Develop proactive engagement with industry committees and conferences

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Development
  • Strong understanding and background in several verticals (CPG, Retail, Finance, Automotive...)
  • Ability to build relationships with top marketing/media decision-makers
  • Proven experience in collaborative environments to build long-term sustainable partnership growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of online video and digital industry
  • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower colleagues to achieve objectives with a team approach

What We Offer

A competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
