As a Sales Specialist for Low/No Code and Power Platform solutions, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers digitally transform their businesses to drive new sources of revenue, create new and engaging ways to serve their customers, and transform the way their business runs to drive new levels of profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to introduce how Microsoft's Low/No Code solutions can enable digital transformation areas aligned with their industry.
  • Initiate conversations with customers on digital transformation, collaborating with partners and services to share learning and best practices.
  • Form strong relationships with C-Suite executives and Business Decision Makers to help them solve their business challenges through long-term, consultative partnerships.
  • Help customers achieve their business goals by bringing industry-relevant business value insights and leading solutions to enable their end-to-end business transformations.
  • Organize and lead the entire sales process, from account planning to closing the sale, and collaborate with internal teams, partners, and services to build pipeline and drive incremental revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field and 4+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • Experience selling Low/No Code or cloud-based business processes to large enterprise accounts, with a strong track record of exceeding sales quota and maintaining pipeline hygiene.
  • Ability to sell connected end-to-end business transformation solutions across business units within accounts, and lead or orchestrate sales processes across account planning, opportunity planning, customer decision frameworks, evaluation plans, and sophisticated business case discussions.
