Senior Service Cloud Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Service Cloud Business Development Manager to execute a comprehensive sales strategy for specific industries within the French market. As a key member of our team, you will focus on identifying and closing large deals while working closely with core sales teams.
Responsibilities- Demand Generation: Utilize Salesforce's existing customer base and prospect pool to identify opportunities for Service Cloud solutions. Create new leads through systematic prospecting of Service leaders and leverage relationships to drive business growth.
- Customer Focus: Collaborate with Head of Customer Service to understand their challenges, needs, and demand. Define the contribution of a service transformation to an overall account-specific vision and plan, and pitch the value of this transformation to prospect management.
- Trusted Advisor: Provide expert guidance on customer service transformation to our customers and prospects. Evangelize the benefits of radical transformation and AI in customer service during meetings, events, and conferences.
