At Nexus, we are seeking a talented Program Manager to join our team in Ettlingen, Paris, or Berlin office. This role will be responsible for managing our programs throughout their implementation, monitoring SLAs by focusing on schedule, costs, scope, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive program performance and ensure program excellence by respecting and monitoring the program KPIs during the three phases: Planning, Execution, and Closure.
- Manage customer relations by understanding, collecting, and analyzing customer needs.
- Negotiate and draft functional and technical legal documents in cooperation with our legal department.
- Identify further customer needs and share them with our Sales team.
- Lead quality process and standards.
About the Role:
- You will have excellent communication skills, a cooperative mindset, and the ability to stand your ground.
- You will enjoy collaborating and working with different stakeholders.
- You will have relevant education or experience, preferably a 5-year degree (Master/Engineer).
- You will have considerable experience in program management based on complex and multi-technology systems delivery.
- You will be comfortable working in an Agile project environment.
- You will have strong stakeholder management to coordinate key points with your project team, product owners, the engineering team, and our customers.
- You will have professional proficiency in English and one of the following: French or German.
