Yassir is a leading super App in the Maghreb region, revolutionizing daily services. We're expanding our financial services to help users pay, save, and borrow digitally.

We're seeking an experienced leader to build a world-class customer support organization, capable of supporting multiple products and thousands of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an efficient support system handling diverse products, high volumes of tickets, and multiple channels.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of underperforming support areas, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Lead a team of support agents, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of customer support experience, with 2+ years in a hands-on management role.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.

We're committed to creating a knowledge base that drives agent training and answers customer questions proactively.
