Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an efficient support system handling diverse products, high volumes of tickets, and multiple channels.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of underperforming support areas, identifying areas for improvement.
- Lead a team of support agents, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of customer support experience, with 2+ years in a hands-on management role.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
