KCAS Bio is a fast-growing laboratory recognized for its expertise in the development of innovative treatments in human and animal health. Based in Lyon, our company is dedicated to advancing the field of bioanalytical and biomarker services.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to join our team at KCAS Bio. As a key member of our Business Development group, you will play a crucial role in furthering our mission by partnering with new and existing customers to help them better understand our services.
Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop new business opportunities through proactive prospection activities (cold calls, emails etc.)
- Sales Opportunities: Identify sales opportunities consistent with our portfolio of services
- Customer Relationships: Develop, maintain, and extend relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and additional account growth
- Brand Representation: Support our company brand in all interactions, including being a positive brand ambassador
- Education: University degree (Master equivalent) in biological science-related fields
- Experience: Prior sales experience in the biotech industry (minimum 3 years)
- Languages: Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English and French
- Skills: The ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
