About the Role

Sidetrade is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for driving adoption and outcomes for our enterprise clients, leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy.

You will be the main point of contact between the company and a set of named enterprise accounts, providing insights to customers to ensure they get the most out of the Sidetrade solution(s) they use. You will also be the voice of the customer when dealing with the Product Management, Professional Services, and Support teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of enterprise clients with projects running simultaneously
  • Providing excellent client-facing skills and time management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written communication
  • Good knowledge of Receivables Management technology
  • Success working in a fast-paced environment with a rapidly growing company

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Credit Manager in large organizations
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or relevant field
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Open to some travel to meet with customers
