Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for driving adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy for our enterprise clients.
You will be the main point of contact between the company and a set of named enterprise accounts, providing insights to customers to ensure they get the most out of the Sidetrade solution(s) they use. You will also be the voice of the customer when dealing with the Product Management, Professional Services, and Support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients with projects running simultaneously
- Provide expert-level support to CFOs and Credit Managers of large organizations
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate closely with the Sales team to support renewals and expansion opportunities
- Understand each customer's outcomes by communicating with key stakeholders, analyzing customer health metrics, running Customer satisfaction surveys, and supporting Customer Innovation Workshops
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience as a Credit Manager in large organizations
- Strong client-facing skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written communication
- Good knowledge of Receivables Management technology
- Success working in a fast-paced environment with a rapidly growing company
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or relevant field
- Fluent in English and French
- Open to some travel to meet with customers
