Your primary mission will be to bring maximum value to our customers through actionable findings and conclusions, which we call "Insights".

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage and lead complex benchmarking programs in the automotive industry
* Work closely with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to deliver strategic insights and recommendations
* Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to provide commercial and technical findings to customers
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations
* Identify and realize opportunities for follow-up business and growth

**Requirements:**

* 10+ years of experience in automotive consulting, technical sales, business development, or customer engagement
* 3+ years of experience in project/program management
* Expertise in managing complex programs in an automotive and global matrix environment
* Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
* Ability to self-lead and others
* Appreciates regular business travel and spending time on assigned customer sites, globally
