At Manhattan Associates, we're a world leader in supply chain and omnichannel commerce technology. We're seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone with experience in large IT/software implementations, business process improvement, delivery, and client satisfaction. As a Service Delivery Manager, you'll coordinate all aspects of a service offering for a client from design to go-live.

Within a transversal role, you'll interact extensively with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other members of cross-functional teams across the globe. You'll oversee schedules and budgets to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage software (ERP)/IT environment projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery
  • Provide exceptional client management and communication
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, software implementation, or related field
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with project scheduling and budgeting
  • Excellent client management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent through business experience
