As a District Manager at Ecolab, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the Food and Beverage industry. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the commercial strategy for your district, driving top-line growth and margin expansion.
  • Manage a team of Account Managers and Field Service Specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and execute sales plans and budgets to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and services that meet customer needs.
  • Foster a culture of safety and excellence within your team, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of sales experience in the food and beverage industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Management experience, with a focus on developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and margin expansion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
