About The Crowd:

The Crowd has partnered with a high-profile architecture practice to find a Business Development Director. You will be responsible for strengthening the network in France and creating new opportunities across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Built key relationships with clients throughout Europe
  • Developed and executed a comprehensive business development strategy to meet organisational growth targets
  • Worked directly with the Founder to identify speaking opportunities and other events to increase the practice's viability
  • Attended industry events and networking opportunities
  • Oversaw the creation of compelling proposals, submissions, and presentations

Requirements:

  • 7 years of experience within business development in the architecture/design industry
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills in English and French
  • A well-established industry network across France/Europe
  • Confident in networking situations
  • Ability to produce compelling presentations
  • Strategic and commercially-minded person

Benefits:
