Partnership Network Development Manager

As a key member of Potloc's team, you will play a pivotal role in consolidating our network of trusted partners into an industry-leading ecosystem based on reliability, data quality, and speed. Reporting directly to the Supply Partnership Manager, you will actively participate in expanding, optimizing, and automating Potloc's partner network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow Potloc's partner network by identifying new opportunities, particularly within the B2B market research space.
  • Engage in daily communications with current and potential partners to foster strong relationships.
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting sampling partners' performance and its impact on business objectives.
  • Evaluate and refine the Partner Onboarding Process to ensure alignment with Potloc's strategic objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date internal documentation and partner databases.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Partnership Manager and DPO to conduct thorough vendor due diligence for sampling partners, adhering to Potloc's vendor policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 6-12 months of experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, or Sales-related roles.
  • A strong foundation in reporting and data analysis, with a keen interest in adopting a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Familiarity with data collection methods, audiences, and respondent acquisition is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in navigating changes and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent proficiency in English.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
