Splunk Inc is a leading provider of unified security and observability platforms. As a Partner Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing effective account development and management strategies to win strategic revenue opportunities with key partners.

About the Role
  • Develop business relationships at all levels, across all departments, including sales, sales management, product marketing, procurement, marketing, technical support, and business management.
  • Create and maintain partner profiles, identifying short and long-term partner revenue opportunities, and engaging appropriate vendor resources to move deals through the sales cycle.
  • Accurately forecast account sales, provide sales training to partner sales teams, and identify technical skill gaps within each partner.

The ideal candidate will have direct sales experience, preferably managing large sophisticated partners, and a proven track record of penetrating partner accounts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English are essential.

Salary Range: EUR 124,000 - 170,500 per year
