Leadership Director for Strategic Partnerships

About the Role
The Leadership Director for Strategic Partnerships will build out a playbook for the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) vertical at Uber Ads France, focusing on go-to-market strategies and leading a team of Client Partners and Partner Managers responsible for creating mutually beneficial ads partnerships with top-tier CPG brands.
You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that delivers on our partners' marketing objectives and exceeds Uber's revenue targets across media solutions within the Uber Mobility App, Uber Eats, and other partnership opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with partners' marketing objectives and exceeding revenue targets
- Build and lead a team of Client Partners and Partner Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation
- Establish Uber as a leading advertising platform by creating mutually beneficial partnerships with top-tier CPG brands
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align product offerings, marketing strategies, and operational processes with client needs
- Utilize data-driven insights to craft compelling narratives influencing decision-makers and highlighting Uber's value proposition
- Manage complex negotiations with enterprise-level clients, balancing partner success with Uber's growth objectives
What You Will Need
- Minimum 10 years of experience in end-to-end Enterprise/Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales
- Minimum 5 years of proven success in sales management
- Expertise in selling ad solutions to large, complex enterprise brands and organizations
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a track record of closing high-impact deals
- Demonstrated ability to craft and execute strategic sales plans driving success for clients and the organization
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to inspire and guide teams to achieve their potential
- Excellent communication, listening, and organizational skills
- A resourceful and proactive mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Fluency in French and English (mandatory)
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office.
