Job Description

This exciting opportunity involves supporting the Head of Division in all aspects of managing and maturing operational and working practices to evolve the service offer, support procurement processes, and develop coherent and impactful communications. You will work closely with colleagues in EXD/DKI and stakeholders in EXD Services and Directorates to coordinate inputs, participate in drafting Calls for Tender and reports, prepare presentations and other communication materials, and undertake data and policy/process analysis as needed.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to improving the Division's efficiency by analysing current policies, processes, and practices, developing and advising on proposals, and identifying opportunities to pursue innovative solutions.
  • Develop and implement operational and continuous improvement initiatives, including designing, updating, and disseminating Standard Operating Manuals, undertaking data analysis, researching, and drafting reports, ensuring alignment with Programme of Work deliverables.
  • Improve Key Performance Indicators for data quality control, ensuring information is accurate and consistent. Coordinate input from across the Division for reports, briefings, or procurement proposals. Provide a quality assurance function.
  • Identify actionable opportunities across divisional projects, services, and activities, identify process gaps, and recommend process improvements by challenging status quo and fostering innovative thinking.
  • Use design and data visualisation techniques to develop products and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring consistency of key messages. Draft clear, concise, and relevant briefing notes for use by senior management.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in business administration, information technology, or a related field. The ideal candidate should have at least two to three years of relevant professional experience, preferably working in a structured IT environment adhering to industry methodologies. Excellent drafting skills and capacity to summarise technical information for diverse audiences are essential. Experience in working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, and simultaneous projects is also desirable.

What We Offer

The OECD offers a competitive salary range of 6,534.41 EUR per month, plus allowances based on eligibility, exempt of French income tax. Depending on level of experience, monthly salary starts at either 6,534.41 EUR, plus allowances based on eligibility, exempt of French income tax.
