Preferred diploma in international hospitality or related field
Language Proficiency
Bilingual in English and French or Mandarin is preferred

Temporary contract
Compensation Package
Seasonal contract with a salary commensurate with skills and experience (base salary + performance bonus). Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med along with additional benefits associated with our organization.
Role Responsibilities
As a Guest Services Supervisor, you will be expected to:- Exhibit professionalism
- Demonstrate diplomacy
- Maintain a strong service orientation
- Stay organized
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Leading a team of 6 to 15 staff members
- Overseeing the financial and qualitative performance of the guest services department (adhering to budgetary constraints)
- Fostering and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and local partners
- Implementing Club Med's quality standards along with hygiene and safety protocols
- Ensuring a high-quality relationship between your team and the guests
- Promoting internal sales (such as accommodations, meals, and experiences)
- Facilitating the integration and development of team members through training and educational opportunities
