Qualifications

Preferred diploma in international hospitality or related field

Language Proficiency

Bilingual in English and French or Mandarin is preferred

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role

Employment Type

Temporary contract

Compensation Package

Seasonal contract with a salary commensurate with skills and experience (base salary + performance bonus). Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med along with additional benefits associated with our organization.

Role Responsibilities

As a Guest Services Supervisor, you will be expected to:
  • Exhibit professionalism
  • Demonstrate diplomacy
  • Maintain a strong service orientation
  • Stay organized
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills
Your key duties will include:
  • Leading a team of 6 to 15 staff members
  • Overseeing the financial and qualitative performance of the guest services department (adhering to budgetary constraints)
  • Fostering and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and local partners
  • Implementing Club Med's quality standards along with hygiene and safety protocols
  • Ensuring a high-quality relationship between your team and the guests
  • Promoting internal sales (such as accommodations, meals, and experiences)
  • Facilitating the integration and development of team members through training and educational opportunities
