  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, driving revenue growth and market share.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise on industry trends, market analysis, and competitor landscape.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure successful partnership execution.

**Requirements:**

  • **Sales Experience:** 5-10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a structured, corporate environment.
  • **Crypto Industry Experience:** Substantial experience and knowledge of the crypto industry, including blockchain technology, digital assets, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
  • **Event Management:** Demonstrated experience in planning, organizing, and executing events, particularly those that are sales-driven and strategically aligned with partnership goals.
  • **Strategic Mindset:** Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable partnership and sales strategies.
  • **Relationship Management:** Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of an organization.
