Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated meat and packaging supervisor for our client, a specialist in poultry processing, on a permanent basis. In this role, you will report directly to the workshop manager at the raw products division. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the transformation of raw materials into finished or semi-finished goods while ensuring optimal conditions regarding costs, timelines, and quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining stock accuracy through diligent monitoring
- Identifying and managing outgoing products
- Updating daily inventory records
- Coordinating machine assembly
Work hours are set at 35 hours per week. The compensation package includes a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, profit-sharing opportunities, and an Employee Savings Plan.
