Job Summary
We are seeking an Internal Communications leader who will drive engagement within our company and build the foundations of the function at a global scale. As an internal communications Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive internal communications strategy that embodies our culture and engages employees in our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Communication Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy that embodies our culture and engages employees in our growth journey. Embed our culture in all communications ensuring they strongly reflect Pluxee's brand identity.
- Global Collaboration: Head collaboration with geographies to ensure consistency in processes and communication tools, fostering a unified approach worldwide.
- Content Development: Ensure the development of compelling content for various internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and other platforms. Ensure communication materials embody the spirit of our brand and corporate identity.
- Leadership Communication: Work closely with executives to develop and deliver communication plans for key initiatives, organizational changes, and leadership messages to reinforce our cultural pillars.
Requirements
- Master's degree in communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- ~10+ years minimum of experience and proven track record in Senior Internal Communications roles within a global organization.
- ~ Solid knowledge and experience in creating and deploying global internal communications and engagement strategies and positioning the function as a source of value creation for the company.
- ~ Outstanding oral and written communication skills: writing, editing, proofreading, and speaking skills with the ability to infuse messages with our cultural values.
- ~ Creative skills: to devise communication strategies and Digital skills.
- ~ Management of complex projects and advising senior managers.
- ~ Bilingual in English and French.
