Your mission

OPEN AND SCALE THE DACH REGION As the Account Executive / Market Opener DACH, you will: Business Development & Sales •Identify, prospect, and close B2B opportunities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. •Manage your own sales pipeline end-to-end, from prospecting to closing. •Pitch and negotiate with decision-makers in retail, hospitality, mobility, and entertainment. •Partner with the International Business Manager on strategic enterprise deals. Market Expansion & Strategy •Act as the first company representative in the DACH region. •Build brand awareness and adapt sales strategy to local market needs. •Share insights and recommendations to refine the global expansion playbook. Account Management & Growth •Own client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and growth. •Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer value. •Collaborate with HQ for operational support, while staying fully autonomous on your portfolio. Future Leadership Potential •Once the market is established, help open a local office. •Take on leadership responsibilities and grow a regional team.

Your profile 

A GERMAN-SPEAKING BUSINESS DEVELOPER WITH ENTREPRENEURIAL DRIVE Must-have •German speaker with fluent English (C1+). •Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales (SDR, Business Development, or Account Executive). •Proven ability to close high-ticket deals with decision-makers. •Entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited to establish a new market from scratch. •Comfortable in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment. •Skilled in CRM tools (HubSpot or equivalent). Nice-to-have •Background in mobility, retail, hospitality, or entertainment. •Previous experience launching or scaling a new market. TERMS & CONDITIONS : •Location: Paris HQ, with regular travel to the DACH region. •Contract: Full-time permanent role. •Compensation: Fixed salary + uncapped commissions. •Start date: ASAP.
