L’ENTREPRISE : SAAS DE GESTION D'INTERVENTIONS Éditeur de logiciel SaaS de gestion d'interventions de techniciens terrains. Leader sur son marché avec + de 17 ans d'existence et une croissance de 25% par an. +150 personnes au total dans l'équipe. + 1300 clients français et internationaux(TPE / PME, Grands comptes) Présence internationale : Allemagne, USA, Canada, Espagne, Portugal. Indépendance financière avec +25 M€ de CA Une culture forte (remote, team building, plan de développement personnel, projet RSE ...) LA MISSION : DEVELOPPEMENT DE VOTRE PORTEFEUILLE CLIENT Au sein de l'équipe (4 collaborateurs), vous saurez maximer la satisfaction de vos clients et assurer le développement de votre portefeuille de clients existants : Gestion stratégique de la relation client : compréheansion des besoins / objectifs, identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et d'engagement Développement / consolidation du CA de son périmètre : upselling, cross-selling, détéction de nouvelles opportunités de business (intra-compte) Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de projets : remontée de feedbacks clients dans le cadre de l'amélioration continue des solutions / produits VOTRE PROFIL : KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER / ACCOUNT MANAGER Vous êtes capable d'évoluer dans un environnement technique (SaaS, ventes complexes) Vous avez au minimum 5 ans d'expérience sur des fonctions similaires. Vous aimez la relation client, vous savez driver vos clients et vous prenez plaisir à échanger avec eux. Vous parlez un Anglais courant. MODALITÉS Rémunération selon profil et expérience : 60-70 K€ + 15 à 25k€ de variable OTE Localisation : au cœur de Paris + Télétravail partiel (50% du temps au bureau / mois réparti à votre convenance) Processus de recrutement : Visio avec la TAM + Entretien Team Lead + Cas pratique
