Leader sur son marché avec + de 17 ans d'existence et une croissance de 25% par an. +150 personnes au total dans l'équipe. + 1300 clients français et internationaux(TPE / PME, Grands comptes) Présence internationale : Allemagne, USA, Canada, Espagne, Portugal. Indépendance financière avec +25 M€ de CA Une culture forte (remote, team building, plan de développement personnel, projet RSE ...) LA MISSION : TRAITEMENT & RÉSOLUTION DES DEMANDES CLIENTS / GARANTIR UNE EXPÉRIENCE UTILISATEUR OPTIMALE Au sein de l'équipe support (9 collaborateurs), vous aurez pour responsabilités : Le traitement et l'analyse des tickets (Zendesk) La qualification des demandes (analyse des situations clients) Reproduire et investiguer les comportements décrits par les clients en manipulant l’application dans un environnement de test Approfondir les analyses techniques (Logs ElasticSearch, Test API via Postman) Être force de proposition pour améliorer les processus, la documentation et la satisfaction client. VOTRE PROFIL : CUSTOMER CARE / TECHNICAL SUPPORT / INGÉNIEUR SUPPORT Vous êtes capable d'évoluer dans un environnement technique (SaaS, intégration d'API) Vous avez au minimum une première expérience significative sur des fonctions similaires. Vous avez une bonne compréheansion des enjeux clients, orienté solution et satisfaction Vous parlez un Anglais courant. MODALITÉS Rémunération selon profil et expérience : 35/40 K€ fixe + 2k€ de variable OTE Localisation : au cœur de Paris + Télétravail partiel (50% du temps au bureau / mois réparti à votre convenance) Processus de recrutement : Visio avec la TAM + Entretien Team Lead avec un cas pratique (en présentiel)
