Le/la Support Grands Comptes a en charge:
- ** Support au pilotage des comptes clefs de l’agence (selon liste définie)**
- Rédaction des SOPs
- Être garant de la qualité de la data
- Produire des tableaux de bords, reporting clients, statistiques
- Préparation des supports aux QBR clients pour les commerciaux
- Mise en place des espaces LIVE.
- Support à la digitalisation de la relation client : digitaliser les reports, l’animation de la relation, la facturation, l’échange de données.
- ** Support à l’onboarding des nouveaux comptes clefs** (selon liste définie)
- Rédaction SOP / Support implémentation
- ** Support aux client rates**
- Paramétrer l’organisation et les tarifs des comptes clefs de CDG dans l’outils opérationnel
**Critères du poste **:Basé à Roissy-en-France, CDI, expérience minimum de 3 ans sur un poste similaire dans le secteur du freight forwarding, avec des compétences opérationnelles multi-métiers (aérien, maritime, route, douane...), bon niveau d’anglais.
Vous êtes réactif, vous avez le sens de l'organisation et un bon esprit d'équipe.
